Therapy Fees: 
Sessions are charged at $233 for 50 minutes.

A Medicare rebate of $145.25 may be claimed with a valid mental health care plan and GP referral. 

This clinic does not bulk bill as standard practice. Bulk billing may be considered in cases of significant financial hardship, at the discretion of Clarity CQ Psychology.

If you have private health insurance, you may be able to claim some reimbursement—please check with your provider. We also accept referrals through Workcover, DVA, and other insurance programs.

Appointment Confirmation: 
You will receive a text to confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance. If you do not respond with YES, our staff will contact you directly to confirm.

Missed Appointments:
NDIS appointments that are missed without notice will be billed in full. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us so your appointment can be rescheduled.

Important Notes:
Please do not attend in-person sessions if you have cold or flu symptoms. Client records are confidential and are not released to third parties unless required by subpoena.

Assessments and Reports: 
Assessments for diagnoses such as NDIS Functional Capacity Report, ADHD, or Intellectual Disability are specialised and consider factors like previous assessments, current service involvement, and the purpose of the assessment.

Report writing and assessment are billed at $232 per hour. An initial appointment is required to provide an accurate quote. Typically, assessments and reports take 5–15 hours to complete.

Please note: Medico-legal assessments and Parenting Capacity Assessments are not provided. Evidence for Disability Support Pensions can only be given following treatment to show the condition has been fully assessed and managed. Medicare does not cover report writing.
